Registered Dental Hygienist
Helping my patients achieve their goals and understand how oral health affects their health inspires me everyday. I also am very passionate about alleviating people’s fears and motivating them to improve their overall health. I have been in the dental field since 2008 and am always seeking new and innovative ways to perform patient’s treatment needs.
Outside of work, I live with my white German Shepherd dog, Dinah, and my cat, Porsche. I also raise chickens and enjoy gardening. I’m happiest cuddling with my fur babies and exploring the outdoors.
I enjoy helping patients understand their dental needs and engaging with them on a personal level. I started in the Dental Field in 2013 as an Dental Assistant and worked my way to anywhere I was needed; so you may see me in the front and back office! My passion is working with those who have anxiety and making them feel comfortable. Whether I am working in the front or assisting chairside, it is important for me to have my patients feeling supported, relaxed and happy wthen they leave.
In my spare time I love being outside, whether it’s hiking, gardening or walking my dog, Mika. I also enjoy teaching people about essential oils, cooking and playing board games.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy teaching my patients about dental hygiene. When someone understands why it’s important to keep their mouth healthy, they’re more likely to do so. I make sure to find the products that are right for their needs, and talk with them about nutrition and healthy habits, too. Seeing oral health improve, as they start making changes in their care routines, is wonderful. In addition to patient education, I also take X-rays, clean teeth, and administer anesthetic.
I live in Skagit County with my husband and two wonderful children. Spending time with them is a priority, though I also enjoy running and gardening.
Patient Care Coordinator
I really enjoy people and working with our patients. I get to know them well during their visits, and like the friendships that develop. It’s a pleasure to make sure everything goes smoothly during an appointment. I started in the dental field in 1997 as a Dental Assistant and now manage the front office. You will find me now mostly in the front office, but might find me helping out back office when needed.
If I am not at work I am spending time with my husband, two children and our two dogs. I enjoy supporting my kids in their activities, being outdoors, and reading.
